In 1991 I graduated from the Otago School of Art, with a 3 year Diploma in Fine Art, majoring in sculpture. Since then, I’ve been working as a professional graphic designer, specialising in design, illustration and web design. In between paid work and raising a family I’ve been sneeking some time for personal explorations on paper and with mixed media. Recently I have been exploring the

Domestic Bliss – a personal and ironic look at what is like to be a “house-wife/home executive” in the 21st century. My intention is to take maxims (sayings), stereotypes, current themes and trends and create a humourous but artful interpretation of these.
I’ll be inspecting closely “women’s work” in the 21st century.
